Jocelyn B. Redman has extensive experience in representing clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. She focuses on representing financial institutions and borrowers in asset-based financings and U.S.-based and foreign investors in acquisitions and dispositions of and joint venture arrangements related to high value commercial real estate assets. Ms. Redman also has extensive experience in representing owners of commercial real estate as landlord and major companies as tenants in negotiating leasing agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Redman practiced law at Shearman & Sterling, LLP in both New York City and Washington D.C.
Ms. Redman is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and State of New York. She completed her undergraduate education at Pomona College (BA, 2002) and received her law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law (JD, Magna Cum Laude, 2009), where she was a member and Senior Symposium Editor of the American University Law Review.
